About Noor
A spa you don't have to leave home for.
Noor started with a simple problem: women who wanted an hour of proper care, but couldn't easily get to a spa — or didn't feel comfortable in one.
Between work, children, family and traffic, a two-hour trip to a salon is often the first thing to go. Many women would also rather be treated in their own room, by a woman, without strangers walking past. So we bring the spa to you: the same treatments, the same care, and a quiet hour in the place you feel most at ease.
We keep things simple on purpose. One price list. One WhatsApp number. Therapists you can ask for by name. And rules that protect our clients and our team equally.
Our therapists
Every Noor therapist is a woman with salon or spa experience. Before her first visit she trains with a senior therapist on our treatments, our hygiene routine and how we behave in a client's home. She also shares her CNIC and a police character certificate, which we keep on file.
We pay fairly and on time, we never send a therapist to a booking we're unsure about, and every therapist can end a visit if she feels unsafe. Happy, safe therapists give better treatments.
Hygiene
What clean means to us.
- Fresh, washed sheets and towels for every client — never reused between homes.
- Single-use nail files, buffers, wax spatulas and threading thread.
- Metal tools cleaned and disinfected after each visit and carried in a sealed pouch.
- Oils and products in labelled bottles, and we ask about allergies before we start.
- Therapists wash or sanitise their hands before and after every treatment.
Women only — and why we're strict about it
We only serve women, only send women, and only visit private homes. We decline bookings for men, for mixed gatherings, and for hotels or guest houses. These rules are not up for discussion, because they are what make it safe for a family to let us in — and safe for our therapists to go.
- We visit women at their own homes — not hotels, guest houses or offices.
- Bookings for men, or for mixed gatherings, are always declined.
- Your therapist shares her live location with our team during every visit.
- Your number and address are never shared with anyone else.
- Any behaviour that makes either side uncomfortable ends the visit, no questions asked.
