Noor Skin & Spa (“Noor”, “we”) provides home spa services to women in Lahore, Pakistan. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and how we protect it.

What we collect

• Your name and WhatsApp number, when you message us or use the booking form.
• Your area and home address, so a therapist can visit you.
• Booking details: the treatment, date and time, and anything you choose to tell us, such as allergies or pregnancy.
• Payment records (amount, date and method). We never ask for card numbers or banking passwords.

This website does not use advertising cookies or ask you to create an account. The booking form does not send your details to us directly — it only prepares a WhatsApp message that you choose to send.

How we use it

• To confirm, schedule and carry out your booking.
• To send you booking confirmations, reminders and, if you agree, occasional offers on WhatsApp.
• To keep our clients and therapists safe, and to resolve complaints.
• To keep the financial records the law requires.

Who we share it with

Your address and booking details are shared only with the therapist assigned to your visit. Our messages are sent through WhatsApp, provided by Meta Platforms, which processes them under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone, and we only share it with authorities when the law requires us to.

How long we keep it

We keep booking records for up to two years so we can look after returning clients and handle any complaint. Financial records are kept for as long as tax law requires. After that, we delete them.

Your choices

• Reply “STOP” at any time to stop offers on WhatsApp. Booking messages will continue only while you have a booking.
• Ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it.
