Terms & cancellations

By booking with Noor Skin & Spa you agree to these terms. They are short, and we've written them plainly.
Who we serve
Noor Skin & Spa provides beauty and relaxation treatments for women only, carried out by women therapists, at private homes in Lahore. We do not accept bookings for men, for mixed gatherings, or at hotels, guest houses or offices. We may decline or end any booking that does not meet these conditions.
Bookings
- Bookings are confirmed only when we reply on WhatsApp with your therapist and time.
- The minimum booking value is Rs 2,500.
- Outside our listed areas, a visit charge of Rs 400 applies.
- Please be home at the confirmed time. If we can't reach you for 20 minutes after arrival, the visit may be treated as a late cancellation.
Payment
Cash, JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank transfer. Single treatments are paid after the treatment. Monthly packages are paid in advance at the start of each month, and unused visits do not carry over.
Changes and cancellations
- You can move or cancel for free up to 3 hours before your slot.
- Later cancellations may be charged the visit fee of Rs 400, because your therapist has already set out.
- If we have to cancel, we'll tell you as early as possible and offer the next free slot. You'll never be charged for our cancellation.
Health
Our treatments are for relaxation and beauty, not medical treatment. Please tell us before your visit if you are pregnant, have allergies, skin conditions, recent surgery or any health concern. Your therapist may change or stop a treatment if she believes it isn't safe for you.
Conduct
We expect respect on both sides. A therapist may end a visit immediately if she feels unsafe or is asked for anything outside our listed treatments, and the full price will be charged. If you are unhappy with a therapist's behaviour or work, tell us within 24 hours and we'll make it right.
Liability
We take care with every treatment, but we are not responsible for reactions to products you didn't tell us you're sensitive to, or for valuables left unattended during a visit.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is the one that applies to new bookings.
